Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities: Job description includes, but may not be limited to, the following:
- Job Description
- Provide highest level of customer service by professionally handling the customer
- Guide customer’s engineers/ technicians on proper installation of our products
- Provide Onsite Technical support to the customer
- Conduct technical training programs for customer’s engineers/ technicians
- Investigation of Customer Returned parts and actions to be taken
- Preparation and submittal of Service reports upon investigation of return material.
- Tracking of customer complaints and warranty claims of products
- Update the daily reported complaints/warranty claims in system (QSYS).
- Inspection of customer return material for the repairing and submit the repairing offer to the
- customer.
- Maintain the documents and records accordance to ISO 9001:2015
